Shipping Options
In an effort to keep shipping rates low while making it compatible with your needs, we offer two shipping options to choose from.

The United States Postal Service puts forth every effort to protect your package from getting lost or damaged, but at times things do happen beyond their control. However, UnCanny Expressions can’t be liable in the unlikely event that this does happen. We recommend you insure your package by selecting ground shipping. This will protect your purchase and give you piece of mind.

Cancellations & Returns
Due to the nature of the products, cancellations are only excepted within 24 hours of order being placed.

We don't accept returns on personalized items. On damaged items that can be returned, shipping charges are not credited back. Returns are given in-store credit only.

Important Notice
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment to report damage if you have purchased shipping insurance.

Although we put delivery confirmation on each package for tracking purposes, this does not replace your items if not delivered or damaged. We are not responsible if your package(s) does not reach you for error on the part of the United States Postal Service or if damage occurs because of rough handling on their part. We suggest you insure your package(s) from us. This will protect you in case your package is lost, stolen or damaged. This insurance can be purchased at checkout.
